It is also an excellent place to meet like-minded people. Here are the key steps to complete a successful class.
To get the most benefit from this exercise, you should start with a standing workout. Lie on the floor and place your hands on the floor. Then, raise your legs up vertically, putting only your upper back on the surface. Once they are at the ceiling, lower your body, stopping just before reaching the ground. Repeat this process for a few minutes. If you can perform the exercise properly, you’ll soon be able to do the dragon flag.
The dragon flag is an advanced bodyweight core exercise. It helps to develop overall core strength and six-pack abs. It was created by martial arts expert Bruce Lee. Because it involves placing a heavy load on your joints, this exercise is best performed by experienced exercisers and athletes with strong bodies. When you do this exercise, you should be able to hold a position for several seconds before you slowly lower yourself. Then, stop and repeat the exercise.
